The 2-year warranty is granted from the date of purchase and is valid worldwide. Within this period of two years your product will be repaired for free. If this is not possible, the piece of jewellery (if any) will be replaced by an identical item, alternatively by a product of comparable value. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, lack or improper care, normal signs of wear, or if the jewel was damaged, for example, by an accident.

This warranty does not restrict the statutory warranty rights.
